Maestro Dobel Diamond Tequila

From the distiller: "A blend of reposado, anejo and extra anejo, filtered though a patented system to produce a tequila of exceptional clarity, complexity and crispness.

CLARITY
The diamond clarity of Dobel is a result of our proprietary system which gently filters out congeners and color without affecting complexity, flavor or aroma.

CRISPNESS
Our agave is selected from our Lowland ranches where the terroir produces lighter, herbal and citric aromas – this combined with double distillation in pot stills results in a tequila of exceptional crispness.

COMPLEXITY
The exceptional complexity is derived from an incredible blend of different ages of tequila; Reposado rested for 12 months; Anejo matured for 24 months and Extra Anejo rested for 36 months. In the case of Dobel, it is very clear that the whole is greater than the sum of the parts.

CRAFTSMANSHIP
Dobel is a truly handmade product – every step of the process is done by hand, from the harvesting of the agave to the bottling by hand. Our greatest asset is our people, including our Tequila Maestros – Masters of Tequila – Luis Yerenas and Marco Anguino, who are entrusted to make the blend for Dobel.
